The Mirror Tales

That's now official, Healthy Junkies have signed to Manchester based independent label STP Records and will be releasing their second album on the label. We are very happy to be on board with STP as they are one of the best label out there and are working with a lot of amazing bands too so it will be cool to be part of it.

We'll also be doing a mini tour up north in May starting with Ashton-under-lyne :

Back in the studio tomorrow to start with the mastering of our second album and finish it by March we're hoping...

Until then here are a couple of events coming up in February/March, one at The Underbelly on 23rd of February as part of the White Noise club night in Hoxton and the other night on 9th of March being as part of the monthly Punk'n'Roll RDV happening at The Unicorn and hosted by Healthy Junkies :

Also playing at The Borderline for the first time in the heart of the west end with The Derellas and The Witchdoktors :

Manifesto of the year

Keep an eye out for the youtube release of a short rockumentary, home made type of thing, retracing the Sick Note Tour of spring 2012.

New album on the way with possibly a very long name, we haven't decided on it yet.

Rebellion

Had a fantastic time at Rebellion, first time I've been and really impressed by the whole thing, there are so many stands, stages, cool outfits and hair styles to be seen, yes those people certainly like to dress up and make a piece of art out of themselves, very creative and inspiring indeed.
